I love to cook when its cold outside. Cream soups, thick chili, hearty stews. On Christmas Eve we will be having a luncheon. My lovely family and all my grandkiddies will be in attendance. The menu this year will be Sugar Cane Baked Ham with Spiced Apples and Pears, (for Jayme), cheesy baked Lasagna and Garlic Toast (for Joey and Amanda), Tossed Salad, Fresh Fruit, Christmas Cookies and Red Wine Cake. I think I'll whip up a batch of fudge and sugarplums, too. Christmas Day breakfast will be probably myself and Joey. So, I’m thinking Pioneer Woman’s Apple Dumplings, Scrambled Eggs, Toast, and Juice. At the end of the day it’s all Mmmmm, Mmmmm GOOD!
