One. Get a good night’s sleep. Wake up early.
Two. Wash your face, brush your teeth, comb your hair.
Three. Move. If you have 7 minutes, download the app 7 Minute Workout. If you have 16 mins. and access to YouTube, you can walk one mile in the comfort of your own home with Leslie Sansone’s One Mile Express. Run around the dining room table a few times (yes, we do this, but usually because I am trying to catch Elliot). Just remember this: energy makes energy.
Four. Eat something healthy, maybe yogurt with fruit or a soft-boiled egg with a piece of toast, a glass or orange juice. Something. It’s a great way to start your day.
Five. Get into a clean routine. Dust a room. Or clean out a drawer. Or start the laundry. Or sweep the floor. Routine becomes habit and habit breeds progress.Six. Start your day with a to do list and end your day crossing it off.
Seven. Don't stress. Enjoy your journey!
